Position: Accounts Executive Real Estate & Construction Location: Ram Nagar, Nagpur Salary: Up to 30,000 per month Experience: Minimum 5 years (Construction & Real Estate Industry Preferred) Company Overview: We are a reputed player in the real estate and construction industry based in Nagpur, committed to quality, compliance, and transparency in all our operations. To strengthen our accounts team, we are hiring a highly experienced Accounts Executive who understands the nuances of real estate accounting, RERA compliance, and sales documentation. Job Responsibilities: Handle daily financial entries in Tally and ensure timely report preparation. Manage monthly closing activities and maintain accurate ledger records. Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Prepare and maintain GST, TDS records, and ensure timely compliance. Maintain sales invoices, delivery challans, and customer documentation. Prepare journal vouchers with proper ledger coding and narration. Ensure audit readiness by maintaining organized records and documentation. Handle RERA documentation and support sales-related accounting tasks. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting (preferably in the construction or real estate industry). Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and compliance-related documentation. Good understanding of RERA processes and post-sales documentation. Strong organizational and coordination skills.
