Accounts Executive Autotrade Global Seating System Private Limited

Autotrade Global Seating System Pvt Ltd is a leading automotive seating solutions provider with a global presence. We design, manufacture and supply premium seating systems for top automobile brands worldwide. We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced and dynamic Accounts Executive to join us.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the company's financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and budgets.

- Prepare and review financial statements, reports and metrics to track the company's financial performance.

- Oversee the day-to-day bookkeeping activities such as recording transactions, reconciling bank statements, and managing petty cash.

- Create and monitor budgets, cash flow projections and financial forecasts.

- Support the preparation of tax returns, audits, and government reporting requirements.

- Monitor and enforce internal accounting controls and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Liaise with internal teams to gather financial data and generate insightful analysis.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and records.

- Collaborate with external partners such as auditors, tax advisors, and banks as required.

- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and streamlining of financial processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance role.

- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Proven ability to work under strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
