Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a focus on ledger management, billing, and invoice processing. This is a full-time position with a competitive annual salary of 2,50,000. We are looking for individuals with 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience who are ready to contribute to our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and billing statements.
• Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
• Handle accounts payable functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and file GST and TDS returns in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements for management review.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
• Utilize Tally ERP for efficient accounting processes and reporting.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information as required.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and other accounting software.
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
