Key Responsibilities: Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly. Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial documentation. Data Entry: Input financial data into accounting software and systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Filing and Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for financial records and documentation, both in physical and digital formats. Expense Management: Monitor and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget limits. Month-End/Year-End Closing: Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including preparation of journal entries, and reconciliations. Other Duties: Provide general administrative support to the finance team and assist in ad-hoc projects as needed. Qualifications: Education: Degree with B.Com, M.Com, MBA-Finance is preferred. Experience: Previous experience in accounting or finance role is an advantage, but not required. Skills: o Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel). o Experience with accounting software Tally, ZOHO is a advantage. o Strong attention to detail and accuracy. o Excellent organizational and time-management skills. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team. o Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Hindi, English and Telugu.
