HR Administration:
- Employee Records Management:
- Maintaining employee files (physical and digital), updating information, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Payroll Processing:
- Assisting with payroll preparation, including inputting data, calculating wages, and ensuring timely payments.
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assisting with job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and managing onboarding processes.
- HR Policy and Compliance:
- Helping implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and handling employee inquiries.
- Performance Management:
- Supporting performance reviews and documentation processes.
- Employee Relations:
- Addressing employee queries, providing support, and fostering positive working relationships.
Accounting:
- Financial Reporting: Preparing financial statements, analyzing data, and generating reports. (Tally)
- Bookkeeping: Maintaining accurate financial records, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and managing ledgers.
- Budget Management: Assisting with budget preparation, tracking expenses, and monitoring financial performance.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Managing invoices, payments, and collections.
- Tax Compliance: Ensuring accurate tax reporting and compliance with tax regulations.
General Responsibilities:
- Software Proficiency: Utilizing HR and accounting software (Greythr).
- Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving issues related to HR or accounting functions.
- Communication: Communicating effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Organization and Prioritization: Managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Confidentiality: Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive employee and financial information.
