HR Administration:

  • Employee Records Management:
  • Maintaining employee files (physical and digital), updating information, and ensuring data accuracy. 
  • Payroll Processing:
  • Assisting with payroll preparation, including inputting data, calculating wages, and ensuring timely payments. 
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Assisting with job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and managing onboarding processes. 
  • HR Policy and Compliance:
  • Helping implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and handling employee inquiries. 
  • Performance Management:
  • Supporting performance reviews and documentation processes. 
  • Employee Relations:
  • Addressing employee queries, providing support, and fostering positive working relationships. 

Accounting:

  • Financial Reporting: Preparing financial statements, analyzing data, and generating reports. (Tally)
  • Bookkeeping: Maintaining accurate financial records, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and managing ledgers. 
  • Budget Management: Assisting with budget preparation, tracking expenses, and monitoring financial performance. 
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Managing invoices, payments, and collections. 
  • Tax Compliance: Ensuring accurate tax reporting and compliance with tax regulations. 

General Responsibilities:

  • Software Proficiency: Utilizing HR and accounting software (Greythr). 
  • Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving issues related to HR or accounting functions. 
  • Communication: Communicating effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders. 
  • Organization and Prioritization: Managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. 
  • Confidentiality: Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive employee and financial information.
