Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Duties:

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including data entry, ledger maintenance, and record keeping.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, payments, and expense claims.
  • Conduct bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Manage petty cash and process employee expense reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.

Administrative & Office Support:

  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, managing office correspondence, and handling incoming calls.
  • Maintain and order office supplies, ensuring the office is well-stocked.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and payments.
  • Support other office-related tasks as needed to ensure a productive work environment.
