Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Duties:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including data entry, ledger maintenance, and record keeping.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, payments, and expense claims.
- Conduct bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Manage petty cash and process employee expense reports.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
Administrative & Office Support:
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, managing office correspondence, and handling incoming calls.
- Maintain and order office supplies, ensuring the office is well-stocked.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and payments.
- Support other office-related tasks as needed to ensure a productive work environment.
