Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses. 2. Accounting and Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. 3. Tax Planning: Manage tax compliance, planning, and risk management. 4. Financial Planning: Support strategic financial planning and decision-making. 5. Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior accounting staff. Requirements: 1. Qualifications: CA/ICWA/M.Com/MBA with relevant experience. 2. Experience: Minimum 3-7 years in accounting and finance. 3. Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
