Job Description

As an Accountant at Anju Motors, your primary objective will be to assist in managing finances with a particular focus on learning and utilizing Tally for accurate financial operations. Your responsibilities will include supporting the recording of daily financial transactions, receiving training to use Tally software, and seeking guidance for troubleshooting any software issues that may arise. Additionally, you will participate in the preparation of financial statements under supervision, ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and assist in basic budget preparation and performance monitoring. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 2 years of experience. A basic understanding of accounting principles is essential, along with a willingness to learn Tally and MS Office. Being detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, a team player with excellent communication skills will be an added advantage. This position is based at Anju Motors in Hathras and is a full-time, permanent role. The benefits include Provident Fund, performance bonuses, and day shift/morning shift schedules.
