As a Financial Accountant at our organization, you will play a crucial role in monitoring financial data, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and preparing accurate financial statements. Your meticulous approach to managing financial records will directly impact our company's success by supporting investment decisions and maintaining financial transparency. Your responsibilities will include preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements such as balance sheets and income statements. You will monitor and report on accounting discrepancies, manage compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and e-way bill regulations, and maintain accurate ledgers in Tally. Analyzing financial data, forecasting costs and revenues, and conducting internal audits will be key aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 4 years of work experience as a Financial Accountant or in a similar role. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software, a solid understanding of business bookkeeping procedures, and familiarity with accounting regulations are essential. Strong math skills, attention to detail, time-management abilities, and a commitment to confidentiality are also required. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field is preferred for this role. The salary offered for this position is up to 45k, and the job type is full-time. Benefits include paid sick time and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the work location is in person.
