Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant cum Office Assistant to manage daily accounting tasks and provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of accounting principles along with good organizational and communication skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:Accounting Duties:Maintain accurate books of accounts, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor daily financial transactions.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting.
  • Maintain petty cash and expense records.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and CA firms during audits.
  • Office Administration Duties:Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Maintain office files, records, and documents in an organized manner.
  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Support scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and calendar management.
  • Perform data entry and assist with document preparation and filing.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Provide general administrative support to staff and management.
