Job Description
- ? Accounting & Billing:Prepare and maintain all sales, purchase, and expense bills.
- Ensure all entries are properly recorded in the bill book (manual or digital).
- Handle GST-compliant invoicing and ensure accuracy in taxation.
- Maintain records in a clean and organized format for easy review.
- ? Social Media & WhatsApp Handling:Respond quickly and politely to all WhatsApp enquiries from Instagram and other platforms.
- Share product details, prices, and order links to customers via WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with the boutique team for updates on stock or delivery timelines.
- Maintain a customer follow-up log.
- Should be able to help in all the boutique related works.
