Job Description
You will be responsible for preparing and managing project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Collaborate closely with project managers to assess financial progress and projections. Additionally, you will be tasked with reconciling bank statements and ensuring accuracy in the general ledger. It will be your responsibility to guarantee compliance with tax regulations and industry-specific financial guidelines. Moreover, you will conduct internal audits and support external audit processes. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of [X] years of accounting experience is required, preferably in the construction industry. Proficiency in accounting software is essential, along with strong analytical and organizational skills. Knowledge of the Percentage of Completion method will be considered a plus.
