Job Description
Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records (Sales, Purchase, Payments, Receipts, Journal Entries).
Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- AuditAssist in internal and statutory audits by providing necessary documents and explanations.
- Identify gaps in internal controls and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.) on time.
Reconcile GST input credits and maintain accurate GST records.
- Handle GST-related notices, queries, and departmental communications.
