Accountant/ Accounts Executive Inkfinity Univations Private Limited

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to oversee financial operations, inventory flow, vendor management, and logistics.

Accounts & Finance

• Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks or similar.
• Handle invoicing, purchase entries, credit notes, and reconciliations.
• Track accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Assist CA with monthly GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Maintain financial records for audits and reporting.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and cost optimization opportunities.

Supply Chain & Inventory

• Manage procurement and inventory of raw materials (t-shirts, fabrics, packaging, etc.).
• Liaise with vendors for timely deliveries and quality assurance.
• Maintain accurate stock levels, reorder thresholds, and stock movement logs.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics for seamless order fulfillment.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
