Job Description
- Handle day-to-day accounting functions including data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and general ledger entries
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation
- Maintain and update financial databases, spreadsheets, and accounting software
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing and payments
- Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities
