Job Description
- Utilize Tally ERP for day-to-day accounting operations, inventory management, and generation of financial reports.
- Generate and manage accurate invoices, ensuring timely billing and payment collections.
- Create, process, and track purchase orders, coordinating with vendors for timely delivery and documentation.
- Provide sales support, including preparing quotations, coordinating with the sales team, and maintaining client communication for order follow-ups.
- Monitor and manage collections, follow up with clients for overdue payments, and ensure proper documentation and reconciliation of accounts.
