Accountant/ Accounts Executive Pab Consultants Private Limited

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for multiple stores.

Handle accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliation, and petty cash.

Manage store-level stock reconciliation and support inventory accuracy.

Prepare and verify invoices, debit/credit notes, and vendor payments.

Ensure timely GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements, expense analysis, and financial reports.

Support audits and maintain accurate financial documentation.
