Key responsibilities

Fill quotations in Excel as per provided formats and rate lists

Email quotations to clients after proper formatting and checking

Make follow-up calls to the owner to confirm rates before finalizing any document

Cross-check and verify data before sending any quotation

Print invoices, proforma invoices, and quotations as needed

Make proforma / invoices in Busy accounting software (training will be provided if needed)

Maintain proper filing of all digital and hardcopy documents

• Requirements:
• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and formatting
• Comfortable with sending emails professionally
• Should be able to communicate clearly over phone which the script is given (Hindi)
• Attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions
• Punctual, and responsible
