1- Accounts Executive ( BBSR & ANUGUL) _ (10,000 - 20,000)

Job Description:-

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (Journal, Payment, Receipt, Contra).
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Generate and manage invoices for vendors and clients.
• Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash handling.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other tax-related filings.
• Prepare and update ledgers, balance sheets, and P&L statements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for billing and payments.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

2- Accounts Manager ( BBSR ) _ (25,000 - 50,000)

Job Description:-

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and statutory accounting.
• Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including vendor and customer reconciliations.
• Handle fund management, cash flow forecasting, and budget planning.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Lead and supervise the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Ensure full compliance with tax laws, audit requirements, and company policies.
• Generate MIS reports and provide actionable financial insights to management.
• Identify and implement process improvements in financial operations.
