Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our financial records, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals

  Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

  Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies

  Manage accounts payable and receivable

  Process invoices and follow up on payments

  Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities

  Prepare tax returns and ensure timely filing

  Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

  Support external audits and provide necessary documentation

  Use accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) for data entry and reporting

Requirements:

  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role

  Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures

  Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  Excellent communication and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  CA/CPA or equivalent certification (optional)

  Experience with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances

  Knowledge of payroll processing.
