Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Maintain accurate financial records and daily transactions
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments
- Reconcile bank statements and manage general ledgers
- Handle GST, TDS, and other tax calculations and filings
- Prepare payroll and employee salary statements
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and audits
- Use accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter)
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and Indian taxation system
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Preferred Skills:Prior experience in an accounting or finance role
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Familiarity with audit processes and statutory compliance
