Job Description
Accounts Receivable:
Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments, generate invoices, maintain customer ledger, and ensure timely collections.
Cash Handling:
Maintain daily cash records, reconcile cash inflows/outflows, and ensure accuracy in all cash-related transactions.
Purchase Updates:
Record and reconcile purchase entries, verify vendor invoices, coordinate with procurement, and ensure timely updating of purchase data in accounting systems.
Payroll Management:
Prepare and process monthly salaries, maintain employee records, handle statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS etc.), and ensure compliance with labor laws.
General Accounting:
Assist in preparation of financial reports, maintain up-to-date books of accounts, support internal audits, and ensure accuracy and compliance in all accounting practices.
