Job Description:

We are seeking a female accountant who is proficient in Busy accounting software and has a solid understanding of billing processes and GST compliance. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage accounting operations independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage invoices/bills in Busy accounting software.
• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain proper records.
• Manage GST entries, filings, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Prepare ledgers, reconciliations, and financial summaries as required.
• Coordinate with sales and inventory teams for smooth billing and accounting operations.
• Maintain vendor and customer accounts accurately.

Requirements:

• Female candidate (mandatory).
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as an accountant.
• Proficient in Busy accounting software (must).
• Strong knowledge of GST billing and compliance.
• Basic understanding of inventory and distribution accounting preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
