Job Title: Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Perform sales accounting tasks, including invoicing, accounts receivable, and revenue recognition.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and financial accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
• Stay updated on accounting best practices and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software.
• Strong understanding of sales accounting and reconciliation processes.
• Knowledge of GST regulations and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
