Job Description
Maintain all accounting entries in Shkun /Vipha Software, including sales, purchase, and journal entries specific to hospital operations (e.g., OPD/IPD billing, diagnostic services, pharmacy, etc.). . Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and journals in compliance with Indian accounting standards and hospital policies. Enter and track daily transaction data (DTA entries) and assist in monthly closing and reporting. Maintain inventory records for medicines and consumables in coordination with the pharmacy or stores department. Coordinate with auditors during periodic audits; prepare and organize all necessary financial documents. Ensure compliance with applicable state and central tax laws and internal hospital accounting procedures.
