- Handle inbound customer calls related to Tally accounting software.
- Understand and analyze customers accounting and taxation issues, including GST (Goods and Services Tax) and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source).
- Provide step-by-step guidance and solutions for resolving Tally-related problems and queries on GST and TDS.
- Maintain clear communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and issues for future reference.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service quality and customer experience.
