Job Description
Role Overview As an Account Planner, youll be the strategic brain behind our client campaigns. You'll dig into insights, decode audiences, and work closely with creative and account teams to develop compelling brand narratives and data-driven marketing strategies. Your work will directly influence campaign direction, tone, and messaging. Key Responsibilities Work closely with Account Managers and Creative teams to develop strategic campaign briefs. Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to uncover actionable insights. Develop and present campaign strategies rooted in data and consumer behavior. Create compelling presentations and narratives that sell in strategic thinking to clients. Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, drawing insights for optimization and future planning. Be the voice of the customerensuring campaigns remain audience-centric and aligned with brand goals. What You Bring 3-5 years of experience in account planning, brand strategy, or a similar role in a digital/advertising agency. Strong understanding of digital channels (social, paid media, content, SEO, etc.). Excellent storytelling and presentation skills. Ability to distill complex data into clear, persuasive insights. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Semrush, or similar. A curious mindset and passion for culture, tech, and emerging trends.,
