Job Description
The Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with business objectives. This role serves as the main point of contact between the client and the company and works closely with internal teams to coordinate services and deliverables.
Shift timing: 10 am to 6:30 pm with sunday week off
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Understand client goals, industry, and challenges to offer tailored solutions.
- Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction.
- Project and Account Oversight
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, marketing, customer support) to ensure deliverables are met on time.
- Monitor account performance and track key metrics (e.g., client satisfaction, renewal rates, upsell opportunities).
- Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings.
- Strategic Planning
- Develop account plans to grow client relationships and drive revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate on proposals, contract renewals, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Problem Solving
- Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
- Act as a liaison to escalate problems to appropriate teams when needed.
- Financial Management
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and billing for client accounts.
- Ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-up when necessary.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or sales.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights for clients.
- Preferred Attributes:
- Industry-specific experience C&F businesses
- Proven success in meeting sales or retention targets.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
