We are thrilled to announce that we are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Accounts Executive to join our dedicated team at our Kharkhauda production plant. About the Position: As our Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our Kharkhauda production plant. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth running of our financial processes, which will directly impact the overall success of our business. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to monitor the financial health of the plant. 2. Daily Invoicing and dispatches. 5. Financial Analysis: Conduct regular financial analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making. 6. Tax Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant tax laws and regulations, preparing and filing tax returns accurately and on time. 7. Internal Controls: Implement and maintain effective internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity. 8. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with regulatory changes and ensure the company's compliance with all applicable financial and legal requirements. We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualities: 1. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Proficiency in accounting software Tally with 5 years minimum experience and Microsoft Excel (advanced level). 6. A proactive approach to identifying and addressing financial issues.
