Manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns Apply marketing savvy and strategic thinking to solve unique business challenges for our clients Assist in new business pitches by developing comprehensive influencer media plans and strategic content plans Display a high level of execution in managing social influencer campaigns Development and management of measurable influencer campaigns Content management Driving business results beyond brand affinity Measurement expertise utilizing proprietary and 3rd party platforms Perform research and remain up-to-date regarding current benchmarks and audience/platform trends Manage daily workflow and serve as the senior strategic point of contact for clients Ensures comprehensive reporting that clearly demonstrates program performance relative to campaign objectives Identify areas of opportunity/organic growth within existing account base through real-time assessment of program performance, consumer insights and feedback, and regular dialogue with client contacts Support New Business development through participation in agency brainstorms, sales operations, and budgeting exercises Positively contribute to agency culture by maintaining team morale and providing professional development paths for team(s) HR Support- Involved in Team Building + Team Training + Employee Retention + Monthly/Quarterly Team Reviews + Team Feedback Sessions Finance - Maintain monthly trackers of billing/revenues Corp Comm - Build Case Studies for Brands for Award Participation,
