Position Name: Account Associate Male/Female: Any Total year of experience: 2 to 3 years (in Accounting Field) Salary budget (CTC PA): 12000 to 15000/- per month Mode of operation: Office Job Description: As an Associate, you will play a key supporting role in various functions within the organization. This entry-level position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with team members across different departments Responsibilities: 1. Support day-to-day financial operations, including processing transactions and maintaining accurate records. 2. Data entry: Enter data and reconcile bank statements. 3. Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures. 5. Handle routine inquiries and provide information to internal and external stakeholders. 6. Participate in financial audits and contribute to process improvements. Handling of Debtor/Creditor Cycle Impressive Knowledge of MS office (MS Word/MS Excel, etc) Monthly Ledger Reconciliations Expense Management Budgetary Control Maintenance of Documentation (Hard/Soft Copies) Ensure planning and execution timely Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions Other Misc reports and deliverables related to Accounts & Finance as and when assigned. High level of accuracy and efficiency. Skills & Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting. 2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 3. Basic understanding of accounting principles. 4. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance & Accounts in EPC organization (Power Sector Preferrable) Location and travel requirements: As per requirement About Subhasree: Subhasree Projects Pvt.
