Job Description
To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with Marketing. You will be responsible for Academic Counselling, which includes counseling students and parents for their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions. Fixing appointments and conducting demo-sessions with faculty, handling walk-in, telephonic, and email inquiries, and maintaining leads generated from various platforms. You will also need to do follow-up calls, streamline lead data, update records, and maintain reports in CRM.
