This role involves providing one-on-one and group counselling, developing academic plans, and conducting workshops. A key aspect of this position includes proactive cold calling to engage students and address their needs effectively. Key Responsibilities: Provide individual and group counselling on academic and personal issues. Develop academic plans and strategies for student success. Conduct workshops on study skills and career exploration. Perform cold calling to reach out to students and follow up on their progress. Maintain accurate records and collaborate with faculty and parents.
