We're looking for an experienced Academic Counselor to communicate with students and parents about our online classes. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively explain our online programs, address concerns, and provide guidance on academic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Counsel students and parents on online class options, benefits, and logistics.
2. Address queries and concerns regarding online learning platforms, schedules, and curriculum.
3. Provide academic guidance and support to students transitioning to online classes.
4. Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure smooth delivery of online programs.
5. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of online class offerings and policies.
6. Build strong relationships with students, parents, and faculty members.
Requirements:
1. Experience in academic counseling or teaching.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Familiarity with online learning platforms (or willingness to learn).
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
