Job Description
Key Responsibilities:3D Visualizer Develop photorealistic 3D renderings and animations for architectural projects, including interiors, exteriors, and walkthroughs. Collaborate with architects and designers to conceptualize and visualize projects in line with client requirements. Work with various 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization software to produce compelling presentations. Optimize 3D models for efficient rendering and presentation. Draftsman Create detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD or similar software. Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards, building codes, and project specifications. Update drawings and designs based on feedback from clients, architects, or engineers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and drawing archives. Education: Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting tools. 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or other rendering software.
