Key Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in SketchUp: The candidate should be highly skilled in SketchUp, preferably with experience in using SketchUp Pro and other related plugins. 3D Modeling & Rendering: Experience in creating detailed 3D models, especially for architectural, interior design, and landscaping projects. Texturing & Materials Knowledge: The candidate should know how to apply realistic textures and materials to models. Rendering Software: Familiarity with rendering software like V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion is a plus. Technical Drawing Skills: Understanding of CAD software (like AutoCAD or Revit) can be an additional advantage, especially for architectural work. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing the candidates previous 3D models, renders, and designs.
