You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Architecture/Interior Design industry. Your main responsibilities will include creating high-quality 3D visuals (both still images and walkthroughs) for architectural and interior design projects. You will be expected to transform conceptual sketches, CAD drawings, and design briefs into photorealistic 3D renders. It is essential to produce creative outputs within specified deadlines while efficiently managing multiple projects. Moreover, optimizing scenes and files for quick and effective rendering is a crucial part of this role. Staying informed about the latest visualization trends, tools, and industry standards is also necessary. Proficiency in software tools such as SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Photoshop (for post-production purposes) is required for this position. This is a full-time job that requires you to work in person at the designated location.,
